all purpose flour ---- 432 grams
sugar --- 230 grams
cornmeal ---- 155 grams
dry milk ----31 grams
baking powder -----22 grams
salt --- 6 grams
water ---340 grams
vegetable, corn oil or canola oil --- 30 grams
light corn syrup --- 32 grams
melted butter --- 225 grams
whole eggs --- 160 grams
vanilla extract --- 1.5 grams
1. In a bowl, combine well the 6 dry ingredients.
2. gradually add the next 6 liquid ingredients which have been combined and mixed well
3. mix just until thoroughly combined
4. place the batter 2/3 full in paper muffin cups and bake at 350 F for 12-15 mins
