eggs -----100 grams

vanilla extract ----9 grams

all-purpose flour ---- 485 grams

oat flour ---60 grams

baking soda --- 6 grams

baking powder --- 9 grams

bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped ----285 grams

milk chocolate, coarsely chopped ------285 grams

sea salt for sprinkling on top

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls on the waxed paper

WANT CRISPY COOKIE---PRESS IT

WANT SOFT COOKIE IN THE MIDDLE-- STAY AS A BALL

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
